Returns

Of coarse we hope you enjoy your products but we understand that sometimes items aren't what you expected. Please submit a return request if there are any concerns with your products that meet the following return criteria:

  • Received damaged items
  • Manufacture defects
  • Received incorrect merchandise
  • Missing items from your order

Due to health, safety, and sanitation concerns, we DO NOT accept returns on any orders unless they meet the above criteria. If the criteria is not met, return requests will be rejected.

Defective Item

If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must submit a return request in our return portal within 7 days of the delivery received date and provide a photo of the defective item and the packing slip. If the return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for the return.

When submitting the return request please indicate your order number, email, and full name and choose the best options from the drop down menu for your concern.
